Arcesium is seeking a Senior Specialist in Talent Development to join their Human Capital team in Bangalore. This role involves supporting the implementation of the Talent Development strategy through collaboration with team leads, business stakeholders, and external vendors. The Senior Specialist will be responsible for designing and deploying impactful learning solutions aligned with business needs, focusing on project execution, learner experience, and program effectiveness. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to building a culture of continuous learning through thoughtful program design and operational excellence.Role involves:

• Executing learning programs (in-person, virtual, and digital)
• Managing timelines, communications, and logistics for learning initiatives
• Coordinating with external vendors for program delivery and content design
• Tracking key metrics and deriving insights to be communicated to stakeholders
• Managing the Learning Management System (LMS)

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Talent Development role
• Strong program management skills
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with learning data to generate meaningful insights (Power BI)
• Exposure to learning design tools and LMS platforms
