Assistant Buyer - Men's

Job Description

Fashion Nova is seeking an Assistant Buyer for the Men's team. This role is crucial for staying ahead of fashion trends and ensuring customers have access to the latest styles. The Assistant Buyer will support the Buying teams by analyzing data and assessing market trends. They will manage assigned categories, ensuring optimal reordering of best-selling products at the best cost and quality.Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining vendor relationships for optimal deliveries, cost, and quality.
• Communicating with vendors regarding item availability, stock levels, and order details.
• Presenting recommendations to Planning for approval.
• Entering purchase orders into the system and uploading orders.
• Analyzing and forecasting product performance and inventory levels.
• Recommending promotional activities to drive sales volume.
• Staying updated on industry fashion market trends.

Requirements:

• More than one year of experience in Replenishment, Data Analysis, or a similar field.
• Experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, including complex functions.
• Passion for fashion and trend analysis.
• BA|BS degree or equivalent experience in financial analysis.
