Jonsson Workwear is seeking a driven and customer-obsessed individual to join their team as a Customer Support representative. This role is based in the Waterfall store in Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa. The Customer Support will be the in-store point of contact, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer needs are met with efficiency and brilliance.

The Customer Support will play a key role in understanding and adapting to customer needs, recommending workwear solutions, and processing requests. They will also be responsible for creating new customer connections and strengthening existing partnerships.
