External Customer Advisor

Job Description

Jonsson Workwear is seeking an experienced and high-calibre External Customer Advisor to manage customer relationships in the Amanzimtoti region. The successful candidate will act as a dedicated point of contact, building and maintaining strong partnerships to drive the business forward.

The External Customer Advisor will represent Jonsson Workwear and ensure customers receive exceptional service.

Role Involves:

• Forging strong customer partnerships.
• Connecting with individuals at every level of the customer's business.
• Identifying new opportunities with determination and persistence.
• Understanding customer requirements and proactively suggesting solutions.
• Following up, following through, and fulfilling commitments.
• Travelling to call on customers, with Jonsson Workwear Amanzimtoti as the central location.
