Clarity AI, a global tech company focused on societal impact, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their Platforms sales and business development team in Madrid. This role is crucial for deepening relationships with existing clients, helping them grow, and maximizing the value they receive from Clarity AI's products.
Responsibilities: - Leading the post-sale onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintaining commercial relationships by renewing existing deals.
- Identifying opportunities to fill new client needs.
- Tracking and analyzing product usage to ensure value delivery.
- Interpreting client requests and translating them to the Product team.
- Developing a deep knowledge of clients to guide the resolution of support queries.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure client success.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience within the financial industry in sales or account/relationship management.
- Good client management and communication skills.
- Outstanding critical thinking skills.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint (or similar).
- Experience using a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce).
- Self-starter who will thrive in a start-up setting.
- Decisive and action-oriented.
- Highly motivated and passionate about sustainability and impact.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level).
