Hyphen Connect is seeking a HRBP to partner with leadership and align HR strategies with business goals. The HRBP will ensure compliance and operational excellence. Hyphen Connect is dedicated to driving innovation by connecting passionate talent with forward-thinking enterprises.Role involves:
  • Administering payroll processing
  • Overseeing core HR functions
  • Providing guidance on employee relations
  • Supporting local employer branding efforts
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Managing office operations
  • Partnering with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations and policies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of all-rounded HR experience
  • Proven expertise in payroll processing, tax compliance, and talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
