Job Description

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Recruiter - Emerging Technology to connect talent with forward-thinking enterprises in the Web3 space. The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment background and a keen interest in the Web3 and Emerging Technology industry. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for roles in AI, Robotics, Quantum Computing, and semi-conductors.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with experience working in a recruitment agency.
• Experience in recruiting for emerging technology sectors (e.g., AI, Robotics, Quantum Computing, and semi-conductor).
• Familiarity with emerging technology sectors, including developments and trends.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
