Hyphen Connect is seeking a Talent Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles. The Talent Partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers to attract top-tier candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, a keen interest in the Web3 industry, and experience in employer branding.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Leveraging platforms to build robust pipelines.
  • Driving local employer branding initiatives.
  • Streamlining recruitment processes and utilizing ATS.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record in 360 recruitment.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
