Job Description
Stellic is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to work closely with enterprise partners, delivering the implementation of a unified, student-centric degree management platform. The Project Manager will lead implementation projects involving multiple Stellic teams, including Implementation consultants, Engineering, Integration, and Product teams. This role is part of the Partner Success team, focused on delivering value for college and university partners.Role involves:
- Partnering with Implementation Managers to lead multiple projects.
- Engaging with stakeholders to scope and drive projects.
- Becoming knowledgeable about the Stellic product and partner use cases.
- Collaborating across groups to secure buy-in and resolve issues.
- Developing and executing deadlines and project activities.
- Providing Risk and Resource Management.
- Meeting or exceeding targets for Customer satisfaction.
- Advocating for partners to internal teams.
Requirements:
- PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred.
- Experience in B2B customer-facing service delivery project management.
- Experience managing complex projects with enterprise customers.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-tech, SaaS startup.
- Proficiency with project management tools like SmartSheet or Monday.com.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Understanding of PMI project management standards.
- Ability to travel to customer sites when required.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong team player.
