Customer Success Engineer - SPAIN

Torq, a cybersecurity company known for its agentic AI security solutions, is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join their Field Engineering team in Madrid. The Customer Success Engineer will play a crucial role in helping customers maximize the potential of Torq's security hyperautomation platform.

The Customer Success Engineer will work closely with a global team to provide technical expertise, solve complex problems, and offer valuable insights into the product's future.

What this role involves:

• Guiding customers on their automation journey.
• Providing expert technical support.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Staying up-to-date with security and automation trends.
• Delivering technical and industry thought leadership.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the Torq solution.
• Partnering with other teams to present services offerings and training.
• Triaging and prioritizing reported customer incidents.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with SOAR/Automation technologies.
• 5+ years in customer-facing positions.
• Expertise in security, automation, scripting, and API integration.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience with SOC, cloud environments, EDR, and SIEM technologies.
• Ability to articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in designing and writing automation scripts (bash/python).
• Experience in reading APIs and security.
