Torq is seeking a Sales Engineer to contribute to its hyper-growth environment. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in evangelizing Torq's solutions by assessing customer needs and demonstrating the value of the platform. This position is based in the Ohio Valley region of the United States and reports directly to the Sales Director.Role involves:
Providing pre-sales technical expertise.
Leading the Sales Engineering team.
Partnering with sales leadership and product groups.
Delivering presentations to customers and prospects.
Promoting products at industry events.
Collaborating with internal teams.
Providing input on product development.
Requirements:
5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience with SaaS Cloud Security products.
Deep understanding of pre-sales engineering and sales stage processes.
Public Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) working knowledge/experience.
Experience with scripting/programming languages (Python, Powershell, bash, etc.) and APIs.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven self-starter with a motivated attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
