Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Vendor Performance Manager to drive growth in the North American SMB segment. This role involves close collaboration with outsourced vendors and acting as the voice of the customer for internal teams. The Vendor Performance Manager will shape Reddit's go-to-market approach, focusing on managing and growing the Canadian market, supported by the team in Utah. Additionally, they will manage the small Australia team, partner with North America leaders, and other international SMB teams. The role is based in Utah, working onsite with the vendor partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue growth and quota attainment for the SMB segment in assigned markets
  • Devise strategies that ensure the vendor delivers on growth across acquisitions and existing books of business
  • Lead business reviews with the vendor, managing action items
  • Drive optimizations of workflows/processes at vendor sites
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication
  • Support and mentor vendor teams to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Create scaled programs and sales initiatives
  • Leverage the available technology stack
  • Build and execute scaled sales strategy initiatives for high-value SMBs
  • Shape Reddit’s Ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback
  • Drive results through data analysis, goal-setting, planning, & project management
  • Develop strategies to identify, pitch, and activate high-value SMBs

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, client services, or operations
  • 5+ years of sales vendor management or sales leadership experience
  • Experience building and running outsourced sales operations
  • Advertising/marketing experience
  • Experience selling into the SMB segment
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong analytics and quantitative skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or comparable tools
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Multi-market experience is a plus
