Job Description
Pacvue is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Corporate FP&A team. This role offers invaluable experience into the company’s business & operations and will have a large impact within a growing Finance organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, complex data analysis and forecasting, as well as experience leveraging and enhancing financial tools. The company is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task, prioritize projects, and roll up their sleeves to get the job done.Responsibilities include:
  • Leading the preparation of monthly financial reports to key stakeholders.
  • Conducting detailed variance analysis to identify trends.
  • Collaborating with business partners in the budgeting and re-forecasting process.
  • Optimizing the financial planning tool by identifying and implementing process efficiencies.
  • Partnering with HR to ensure timely and accurate workforce data.
  • Working closely with IT and engineering to track, analyze, and forecast cloud spending.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
  • Experience driving efficiency in financial reporting process through automation.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings clearly.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with major cloud providers like AWS and cloud cost management.
  • Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is a plus
  • SQL experience a plus
