Job Description
Notion is seeking a Global Head of Revenue Enablement to enhance sales productivity across all regions. This role involves collaborating with the global go-to-market (GTM) leadership team across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to define sales enablement onboarding and continued enablement strategy.Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).What this role involves:
  • Leading Notion’s thinking on how to actualize strategy through global revenue teams.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to develop onboarding and enablement programs.
  • Building and leading a high-performing enablement organization.
  • Driving operational excellence across the business.
  • Leveraging AI and SaaS tooling to improve outcomes.
  • Measuring and communicating the impact of enablement efficacy.
  • Building engaging and thoughtful education programs.
  • Reinforcing Notion’s culture and business value.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience leading global revenue enablement and operations teams in the enterprise SaaS industry.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence.
  • Deep understanding of MEDDPICC, sales competencies, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Analytical skills to build and analyze business metrics.
  • Proactive nature and bias towards action.
