Job Description

The ACLU is seeking a Coordinator, Nationwide Membership to join their Development Department. This role supports the ACLU's mission by providing administrative assistance to the Nationwide Membership team. The Coordinator will handle scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting notes.

This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week or eight days per month in the New York office.

Role involves:

  • Managing meeting calendars and coordinating large meetings.
  • Booking travel and accommodations.
  • Assisting with expense report submissions.
  • Updating fundraising materials on the ACLU Hub.
  • Managing meeting platform links and taking notes.
  • Assisting with preparing presentations.
  • Organizing and maintaining team assets in OneDrive.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Concur or similar expense submission software.
