Job Description
BarkleyOKRP is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Client Accountant to join their Finance Team. This role offers the opportunity to apply accounting skills in a creative and fast-paced environment. The Client Accountant will be responsible for managing client billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute client billing and process invoices.
  • Manage revenue recognition for a group of clients.
  • Update monthly/yearly revenue forecast/budget.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the client's industry and business.
  • Assist with vendor invoice/expense report processing when needed.
  • Actively monitor receivables and collect on outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain an efficient working relationship with Client Experience.
  • Run time reports and help management understand overall project historicals.
  • Assist during audits and maintain job jackets.
  • Identify efficiencies within the Accountability software system.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of related experience and/or training.
