Interactive Brokers is seeking a motivated individual to join their New Accounts team as a Document Processor. The ideal candidate will be analytical, methodical, and possess strong initiative. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to a leading global brokerage brand.

Role Involves:

  • Validating and screening documents from clients opening accounts under UK and US entities.
  • Following up with clients regarding pending documents.
  • Reviewing regulatory checks such as OFAC and World Checks.
  • Coordinating with Compliance to get documents/accounts approved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-2 years of experience related to account opening and Global KYC documentation of individual and corporate clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages preferred.
