Interactive Brokers is seeking a motivated individual to join their New Accounts team as a Document Processor. The ideal candidate will be analytical, methodical, and possess strong initiative. Role Involves:
- Validating and screening documents from clients opening accounts under UK and US entities.
- Following up with clients regarding pending documents.
- Reviewing regulatory checks such as OFAC and World Checks.
- Coordinating with Compliance to get documents/accounts approved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-2 years of experience related to account opening and Global KYC documentation of individual and corporate clients.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of foreign languages preferred.
