Job Description
Interactive Brokers is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Analyst to join their team in Hong Kong. The analyst will report to the Regional Head of Surveillance and will be responsible for conducting trade monitoring and surveillance, reviewing and enhancing the existing trade surveillance system, and managing projects related to regulatory changes. The role involves crafting written instructions for programmers, assisting with regulatory inquiries, and developing remedial action plans.

Requirements include:
- Good quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Relevant financial market experience
- Familiarity with exchange rules
- Good product knowledge
- Prior trade monitoring experience
- Solid academic background
- "Can do" attitude
- Good organizational skills
- Experience dealing with exchange and regulatory enquiries
- Comfort with computers and technology
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to multi-task
