Verkada is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Specialist (Contractor) to support the daily operations of their IT department. This is an entry-level IT position ideal for someone starting their career in tech and eager to gain hands-on experience across various IT functions.
The role involves:
- Imaging and configuring computers
- Supporting and backing up computers subject to legal hold
- Tracking and managing IT inventory
- Maintaining and organizing the imaging room and IT storage areas
- Monitoring and resolving hardware-related tickets
- Collaborating with IT team members
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in an IT support or technician role
- Strong general understanding of computer systems
- Interest in computer technology and IT operations
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a customer service mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple support requests
