Job Description
Scale is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their Autonomous Vehicles and Computer Vision (AVCV) business unit. In this role, the individual will be responsible for building relationships with strategic customers as a trusted technical account leader. This multi-faceted position requires balancing technical skills, communication, and commercial acumen to drive velocity and scope operationally complex workflows. The Solutions Engineer will work with both new and existing customers, communicating technical value across various organizational levels and departments. The individual will be part of a specialized team, influencing significant contracts and initiatives, and will travel to conduct workshops and demos.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Account Executives and Engagement Managers.
  • Influence product roadmap based on industry insights.
  • Develop technical domain expertise in relevant areas.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with Scale's data, platforms, and workflows.
  • Design and maintain playbooks and demos.
  • Evangelize Scale at industry events.


Requirements:
  • Strong engineering background (Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields).
  • 3+ years of experience with Python, C++, Java, or other scripting languages.
  • 2+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation skills with technical credibility.
  • Ability to travel 20-25%, including internationally.
  • Intellectual curiosity and empathy.
