Verkada is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement - Field Training to lead a team of Embedded Field Sales Enablement Leads. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of enablement programs. This role is critical in driving sales productivity, accelerating revenue growth, and ensuring the sales organization has the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources.

Role involves:
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a team of Embedded Field Sales Enablement Leads.
  • Partnering with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to align enablement strategies with business priorities.
  • Overseeing the design, development, and delivery of targeted learning experiences and resources.
  • Championing the embedded enablement model and ensuring effective integration within sales teams.
  • Collaborating to create and deliver relevant, high-quality sales content.
  • Ensuring enablement programs reinforce core sales processes and methodologies.
  • Defining KPIs to measure program effectiveness and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Evaluating and leveraging sales enablement technologies and tools.
  • Fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicating enablement strategies and results to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience building and launching sales enablement programs.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement platforms and related tools.
