Job Description
Clutch is seeking a Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator to join their team in Vancouver, British Columbia. Clutch is on a mission to reinvent the way people buy, sell, and own cars. The ideal candidate will assist customers with vehicle drop-offs, complete paperwork, and take notes in the customer tracking system. They may also be responsible for driving a single-car hauler to deliver vehicles to customers' homes.

Role involves:
  • Assisting customers with vehicle drop-offs.
  • Completing customer paperwork.
  • Taking notes in the customer tracking system.
  • Driving a single-car hauler to deliver vehicles.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Inspecting the car-hauler.
  • Prioritizing safe driving.
  • Assisting other team members.

Requirements:
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
  • Automotive knowledge and passion for cars.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable working on-site at the Richmond location.
