Job Description
Clutch is seeking a Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator to join their team in Vancouver, British Columbia. Clutch is on a mission to reinvent the way people buy, sell, and own cars. The ideal candidate will assist customers with vehicle drop-offs, complete paperwork, and take notes in the customer tracking system. They may also be responsible for driving a single-car hauler to deliver vehicles to customers' homes.
Role involves:
- Assisting customers with vehicle drop-offs.
- Completing customer paperwork.
- Taking notes in the customer tracking system.
- Driving a single-car hauler to deliver vehicles.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Inspecting the car-hauler.
- Prioritizing safe driving.
- Assisting other team members.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Automotive knowledge and passion for cars.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable working on-site at the Richmond location.
