Job Description
Semgrep is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for key campaigns. This role involves integrating business objectives with operational excellence to deliver impactful and measurable marketing initiatives. The Integrated Marketing Manager will drive alignment across teams, ensure effective resource allocation, and deliver campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve revenue goals.

What this role involves:
  • Owning the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for campaigns, connecting business goals to actionable plans.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to align on campaign priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Overseeing the full campaign lifecycle, including concept development, resource allocation, project management, piloting, and scaling.
  • Driving post-campaign evaluations to assess success, identify learnings, and optimize future efforts.
  • Building and managing scalable processes for campaign planning, resource allocation, and project management.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation or related roles, with a focus on campaign GTM strategy.
  • Experience working with SaaS, B2B tech, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of closed-loop marketing processes from ideation to analysis.
  • Experience with funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating opportunity and pipeline velocity.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication skills and are able to distill complex ideas into actionable plans.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
