Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Huge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Program Delivery team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for leading and delivering development projects and campaign workstreams, spanning strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media. They will serve as the main point of contact for both clients and the project team, playing a crucial role in the success of the account. The Senior Project Manager will ensure projects run smoothly, meet objectives, and stay within budget.

What this role involves:

• Planning and prioritizing deliverables and resources across multiple projects.
• Becoming the focal point for delivery across various workstreams.
• Working closely with creative, strategy, and tech teams.
• Building strong relationships with clients.
• Communicating project statuses internally and externally.
• Meeting deliverable requirements and overseeing digital campaign projects.
• Ensuring project timelines are built and communicated effectively.

Requirements:

• Experience managing multiple interactive projects.
• Experience managing budgets and writing SOWs.
• Experience in management or mentorship.
• Background in projects where agile methodologies are a must.
• Experience with team management, task allocation, and prioritization.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, and Coda.
