Job Description
Huge is seeking a Project Manager to join its Program Delivery team. This role is pivotal in leading and delivering development projects and campaign workstreams, encompassing strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for both clients and the project team, ensuring the smooth execution and success of projects.

Role Involves:
  • Planning and prioritizing deliverables and resources across multiple projects.
  • Focusing on both large and small goals and solutions.
  • Serving as the focal point for delivery across various workstreams.
  • Collaborating closely with team members from all disciplines.
  • Utilizing programs such as Asana, Jira, and Coda.
  • Building strong relationships with clients.
  • Communicating project statuses internally and externally.
  • Meeting deliverable requirements, assessing change and risk management, and overseeing digital campaign projects.
  • Ensuring all deliverables meet Huge's top quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery and design to technical development and implementation.
  • Ability to ensure project teams meet objectives and goals on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in monitoring project risks and scope creep, proactively identifying and addressing potential problems.
  • Skill in managing client expectations and delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills for project status and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Experience in team management, task allocation, and prioritization.
  • Understanding of and experience in digital marketing.
  • Excel proficiency.
