Senior Production Manager (Contract Hourly Position)

Job Description

Huge is seeking a Senior Production Manager for a contract hourly position based in Austin, TX. This role involves serving as a lead Production Specialist, overseeing Production Designers through the production design process, and managing the QA of designs. The ideal candidate possesses project management and problem-solving skills and can work 40 hours a week onsite from the beginning of July until the end of August.Responsibilities:

• Finalize approved concepts, ensuring designs adhere to design standards.
• Select and implement final imagery and iconography into pixel-perfect designs.
• Add final red-line specifications and design standards.
• Facilitate the handoff of designs to be implemented by Development and Engineering teams.
• Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
• Own an exceptional eye for pixel-perfect detail.
• Output will be a functional prototype built using client's proprietary WYSIWYG platform, in four languages.
• Prototype will be created and assembled by team of Production designers and leads based on screenshots uploaded to prototyping tool and hotspots added

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience with the digital production process.
• Strong QA and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven team leadership and excellent communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• iPhone users preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team with strong interpersonal and soft skills.
• Enforces quality and consistency across assigned book of apps; reviews all materials prior to delivery
• Verifies accuracy and completeness of each section and provides updates to leadership
• Establishes and maintains standards for Design Leads and Production Designers
• Tracks and reports on project burn down
• Oversees QA responsibilities; identifies visual and content discrepancies and communicates them to Designers for correction
