Product Designer

PhonePe Group, India’s leading digital payments company, is seeking a Product Designer to join their team in Bangalore. The company has 50 crore registered users and 3.7 crore merchants across India. The design team at PhonePe is looking for creative trailblazers to make a dent in the fintech universe. The design team consists of Product Designers, Visual Designers, Graphic & Motion Designers, and Illustrators who are all engaged in blending art and science into a promising value proposition for our users.

Role Involves:

• Obsessing about the ‘Why’ and understanding user needs and behavior.
• Sketching out ideas and solutions on whiteboards.
• Building robust user flows that cater to every use case.
• Translating flows into consistent and intuitive screens.
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to bring designs to life.
• Tracking growth and usability issues using data.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software product design.
• Experience working on consumer products.
• Obsession with creating intuitive and beautiful products.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and XD.
• Ability to create micro-interactions using Principle, AfterEffects, and ProtoPie.
• Collaborative team player.
• Experience shipping products.
• Ability to talk business.
