Job Description
GitLab is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Enablement Program Manager to build and deploy product enablement programs and training curricula. This role aims to enhance the technical understanding of customer-facing field teams regarding GitLab's AI-Powered DevSecOps platform. The Senior Technical Sales Enablement Program Manager will report to the Director, Solutions Architecture Center of Excellence.

Role involves:
  • Building and defining technical sales capability models and product knowledge skills matrices.
  • Deploying blended learning solutions and pathways.
  • Running skills assessments and reporting on progress.
  • Creating and managing a repository of product training resources.
  • Collaborating with various teams to align on product enablement plans.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the success of enablement programs.
  • Building manager coaching resources and accreditations.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the GitLab application and use cases.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience building product enablement programs or in a technical sales role.
  • Familiarity with modern software development technologies.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, security, and CI/CD.
  • Ability to use GitLab and work with Git.
  • Experience writing technical documentation and building experiential learning programs.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Detailed oriented and analytical.
