Job Description
Boulevard is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join its Revenue Operations team. The Sales Operations Specialist will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and will partner closely with Sales and SDR Leadership, Revenue Enablement, Salesforce Admins, and other GTM stakeholders.
- Supporting the sales team tech stack (Salesforce, Chili Piper, Outreach, Gong and others) with administration, day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, optimizations and automations.
- Proactively identifying opportunities and making recommendations to optimize performance of the tech stack and sales team processes.
- Maintaining and monitoring Salesforce dashboards and Google Sheets that measure the health of Sales, including sales forecasts, pacing, and performance metrics.
- Analyzing sales performance data for insights and making recommendations.
- Supporting ad hoc reporting and troubleshooting requests from sales leadership.
- Partnering with Salesforce admins and Sales Leadership to optimize Salesforce processes, rules, and data designs for productivity, improving reporting, and creating guardrails that enable SDRs and AEs in their day-to-day workflows.
- Managing Sales Territories, including leveraging GeoPointe to create equitable territories, territory assignments and funnel distribution.
- Creating and maintaining documentation of processes to scale the Sales Ops function, including gathering inputs and coordinating reviews with key stakeholders.
- Partnering with Marketing and Customer Experience Operators to execute cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, and data insights.
- Ensuring appropriate approval rules are followed to drive the company’s pricing strategy and other strategic initiatives.
- A minimum of 2 years in Sales Operations or a similar relevant experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce required
- Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets to extract and share insights preferred
- Experience with Chili Piper, Outreach, Gong or similar tools preferred
- Proficiency with leveraging AI, automation rules and triggers to automate and streamline tasks
- BA/BS degree preferred, but not required
