What this role involves:
- Taking ownership of the store's P&L and optimizing revenue.
- Setting and executing a local strategy to maximize sales.
- Developing local programming and events.
- Implementing guerrilla marketing and community-building initiatives.
- Overseeing scheduling, inventory management, and facility upkeep.
- Ensuring product selection aligns with visual standards.
- Leading recruitment, training, and team development.

Requirements:
