Camp is seeking a dynamic General Manager for their Dallas location. This role is more than retail leadership; it's about being the CEO of the store, managing the P&L, and boosting revenue through creative programming, local marketing, and exceptional in-store experiences. The General Manager will build a strong team and cultivate a loyal community of families.

What this role involves:

  • Taking ownership of the store's P&L and optimizing revenue.
  • Setting and executing a local strategy to maximize sales.
  • Developing local programming and events.

  • Overseeing scheduling, inventory management, and facility upkeep.
