Critical Mass is seeking a Mobile Developer to join their M&E support team, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of iOS applications. • Assisting in identifying and resolving iOS issues in production environments.
• Supporting code maintenance and small enhancements to existing applications.
• Working closely with senior engineers to monitor app performance and reliability.
• Participating in incident resolution and documentation of support procedures.
• Contributing to a knowledge base of known issues and solutions.
• Assisting with 16x7 support coverage activities, including shift transitions and escalation notifications.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• 2+ years of experience in iOS development using Swift.
• Familiarity with Xcode, UIKit, debugging tools, and testing frameworks.
• Good understanding of app store deployment and version control (Git).
• Interest in production support, troubleshooting, and continuous learning.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a rotational or flexible schedule to support 16x7 operations.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Stackdriver, Datadog, Splunk).
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and mobile app deployment processes.
• Previous work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience working with global, multicultural teams.
• Prior experience in support or operational roles.
