Critical Mass is seeking a Mobile Developer to join their M&E support team, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of iOS applications. Responsibilities: - Assisting in identifying and resolving iOS issues in production environments.
- Supporting code maintenance and small enhancements to existing applications.
- Working closely with senior engineers to monitor app performance and reliability.
- Participating in incident resolution and documentation of support procedures.
- Contributing to a knowledge base of known issues and solutions.
- Assisting with 16x7 support coverage activities, including shift transitions and escalation notifications.
Requirements: - Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- 2+ years of experience in iOS development using Swift.
- Familiarity with Xcode, UIKit, debugging tools, and testing frameworks.
- Good understanding of app store deployment and version control (Git).
- Interest in production support, troubleshooting, and continuous learning.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rotational or flexible schedule to support 16x7 operations.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Stackdriver, Datadog, Splunk).
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and mobile app deployment processes.
- Previous work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience working with global, multicultural teams.
- Prior experience in support or operational roles.
