Lead Facility Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Facility Maintenance Technician for their Fall River, MA facility. In this role, the technician will maintain the facility in a satisfactory condition for all production and manufacturing operations. The Lead Facility Maintenance Technician will direct other Facility Maintenance Technicians on proper procedures and repairs throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with building inspections and projects
• Completing work lists in a timely manner
• Maintaining building systems (electrical, HVAC, security)
• Repairing mechanical equipment
• Maintaining a log of maintenance performed
• Overseeing contractors on site
• Managing maintenance staff, schedules, and inventory
• Delegating tasks to maintenance technicians

Requirements:

• Experience in training, leading and/or mentoring staff or new hires preferred.
• 2-4 years of industrial building maintenance experience
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
• Knowledge of piping systems and industrial electrical installations
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience (preferred)
