Job Description
Scale is seeking a Technical Product Manager to take ownership of key components within their Data Engine platform. The company aims to enhance Machine Learning across industries by refining leading Generative AI and Large Language Models. Specifically, the Technical Product Manager will concentrate on achieving optimal data quality while ensuring a balance between contributor experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Build products for AI labs to construct training datasets.
- Collaborate with executive leaders to define and execute product and operational strategies.
- Drive operational changes for consistent, high-quality data with faster turnaround.
- Own end-to-end product development.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, content, and operations.
Requirements:
- Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in building products.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of SQL and some coding skills (Python).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be able to commute to the San Francisco Office 3x weekly.
