Daybreak Health is seeking a passionate and independently licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join their team and make a difference in the lives of youth. What this role involves:
- Providing psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management to youth (excluding controlled substances).
- Collaborating with school counselors, therapists, and families to provide wraparound care.
- Delivering care via a secure telehealth platform.
- Supporting Daybreak’s mission to make quality youth mental health care accessible and equitable.
Requirements:
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license.
- Ability to provide teletherapy services to students across California.
