Job Description
Daybreak Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide teletherapy services to students across Virginia. The PMHNP will play a key role in delivering high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success. What this role involves:
- Providing psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management to youth (excluding controlled substances).
- Collaborating with school counselors, therapists, and families to provide wraparound care.
- Delivering care via a secure telehealth platform.
- Supporting Daybreak’s mission to make quality youth mental health care accessible and equitable.
Requirements:
- Independently licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of youth.
- Ability to collaborate with schools, caregivers, and community partners.
