Daybreak Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide teletherapy services to students across Wisconsin. The role involves delivering high-quality care and collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success. What the role involves:
- Providing psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management to youth (excluding controlled substances).
- Collaborating with school counselors, therapists, and families to provide wraparound care.
- Delivering care via a secure telehealth platform.
- Supporting Daybreak’s mission to make quality youth mental health care accessible and equitable.
Requirements:
- Independently licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Ability to provide teletherapy services to students across Wisconsin.
