Job Description
Scale is seeking a Head of GTM, Energy Sector, who will report to the VP of GTM, International. This role is responsible for building out Scale’s energy vertical and driving market growth. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into the energy sector and possess a strong relationship network. They will be responsible for increasing wallet share and driving revenue growth across Scale’s product areas. Previous experience selling AI products within the region is highly beneficial.

The role involves:
  • Achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Developing and executing a GTM plan.
  • Developing and executing account-based strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Managing the full sales process from prospecting to contracting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and customer needs.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic selling with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience working in or with the GCC-based Energy sector.
  • Deep knowledge of and strong relationships with key decision-makers within the Energy sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to run autonomously and own the entire sales cycle.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent written, visual, and oral presentation skills.
  • Energetic, mission-driven mindset with a passion for progressing the industry.
