Job Description
YipitData is seeking a Client Strategy Manager to support its growing client base and enhance their investment decisions. The role involves being a research partner, understanding client needs, and providing proactive engagement. This is a remote-friendly position within the US, with potential office locations in NYC, Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and cultivate relationships with clients.
  • Leverage product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement.
  • Act as a trusted resource for clients, providing top-notch service.
  • Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally.
  • Create and execute account growth & engagement strategies.
  • Manage renewals from beginning to end.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities.
  • Contribute to building best-in-class practices within the Client Strategy team.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships.
  • Passion for client success.
  • Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities.
  • Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base.
  • Self-starter and team player.
  • Interest in investment research and the markets.
