Job Description
YipitData is seeking a Client Strategy Manager to support its growing client base and enhance their investment decisions. The role involves being a research partner, understanding client needs, and providing proactive engagement. This is a remote-friendly position within the US, with potential office locations in NYC, Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle.
Responsibilities:
- Own and cultivate relationships with clients.
- Leverage product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement.
- Act as a trusted resource for clients, providing top-notch service.
- Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally.
- Create and execute account growth & engagement strategies.
- Manage renewals from beginning to end.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities.
- Contribute to building best-in-class practices within the Client Strategy team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
- Ability to build strategic relationships.
- Passion for client success.
- Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities.
- Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base.
- Self-starter and team player.
- Interest in investment research and the markets.
