What This Role Involves
- Providing technical support to prospects, customers, and the sales team.
- Providing expertise in Vercel's platform, solutions, and services.
- Developing and presenting demonstrations of Vercel solutions.
- Managing and running proofs of concept.
- Responding to security documents.
- Serving as an interface to Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements

- Understanding of project management and prioritization.
- Strong technical skills, ideally from software development or pre-sales experience.

- Experience with web performance, Lighthouse, or Core Web Vitals.
- Understanding of best practices in network architecture and security.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales or consulting role.
