Principal People Systems Analyst

Job Description

AlphaSense is seeking a Principal People Systems Analyst to join their People Systems and Analytics (PSA) team. This role is crucial for partnering with stakeholders to design, implement, and support Workday modules. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR processes and extensive experience with Workday.Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday configuration for 3-5 modules.
• Lead implementation of new Workday processes and features.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend workarounds.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Recommend solutions to improve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Workday experience, with 5+ years focused on Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, or Absence and Time Tracking.
• Workday Pro certification in 3+ modules including Core HCM.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
