Job Description
Affirm is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning to lead and evolve their Manager and Leadership Development practice. This role involves program management, learning experience design, facilitation, and coaching, with a focus on elevating leadership capabilities for all people leaders. The Senior Manager will collaborate across the People Team and the entire organization to drive future programming and learning opportunities. They will also define, measure, and communicate leadership development success metrics.

What this role involves:
  • Leading and evolving the Leadership Development practice.
  • Crafting a leadership development strategy for new and experienced managers and leaders.
  • Evolving manager development programming in a remote-first environment.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to drive future programming and learning opportunities.
  • Facilitating instructor-led training.
  • Defining and measuring leadership development success metrics.

What candidate needs to have:
  • Designed and delivered Leadership Development experiences and programs for 2000+ employees.
  • Scaled Executive Coaching programs and measured its effectiveness.
  • Built multiyear roadmaps for leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience in human-centered design.
  • 8+ years of experience in leadership development program design and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
