Affirm is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join their Consumer Growth and Retention team, focusing on Eligibility & Loyalty. This role involves defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, executing plans, and managing budgets for consumer loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional and engineering teams, requiring effective stakeholder management and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities:
  • Launch new consumer loyalty programs.
  • Manage end-user outcomes and behaviors.
  • Oversee program profitability and budgeting.
  • Create new loyalty constructs and delivery channels.
  • Identify new user engagement methods.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience with consumer technology products (fintech or BNPL preferred).
  • Comfortable with technical details, design iteration, and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience influencing engineering teams.
  • Results-oriented with a bias toward action.
  • Ability to create action plans from ambiguous inputs.
  • Experience shipping high-quality products on time.
  • Comfortable with commercial aspects of product development.
