Affirm is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join their Consumer Growth and Retention team, focusing on Eligibility & Loyalty. This role involves defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, executing plans, and managing budgets for consumer loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional and engineering teams, requiring effective stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
Responsibilities: - Launch new consumer loyalty programs.
- Manage end-user outcomes and behaviors.
- Oversee program profitability and budgeting.
- Create new loyalty constructs and delivery channels.
- Identify new user engagement methods.
Requirements: - 6+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience with consumer technology products (fintech or BNPL preferred).
- Comfortable with technical details, design iteration, and data analysis.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience influencing engineering teams.
- Results-oriented with a bias toward action.
- Ability to create action plans from ambiguous inputs.
- Experience shipping high-quality products on time.
- Comfortable with commercial aspects of product development.
