Job Description
Affirm is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join their Consumer Growth and Retention team, focusing on Eligibility & Loyalty. This role is pivotal in defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, executing plans, and managing budgets for consumer loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional and engineering teams, demonstrating effective stakeholder management and commercial acumen.

Role involves:
  • Launching new consumer loyalty programs.
  • Managing profitability and budgeting for the program.
  • Overseeing the creation of new loyalty constructs and delivery channels.
  • Identifying new ways to engage users and scale consumer programs.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience working on consumer technology products, preferably fintech or BNPL.
  • Comfortable with technical details, design iterations, and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience influencing engineering teams outside direct purview.
  • Results-oriented with a bias toward action.
  • Ability to transform ambiguous inputs into action plans.
  • Experience shipping high-quality products on time.
  • Comfortable with the commercial aspects of product development.
