Job Description

Resident is seeking an experienced Amazon Advertising Manager to lead their Marketplace advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing and scaling Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns. This role involves maximizing ROI and driving sales growth through strategic keyword targeting, bid management, and campaign structuring. The Amazon Advertising Manager will also utilize Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) insights and audiences to enhance targeting precision and media efficiency across all Amazon advertising activities.

The position is remote and requires residing and being authorized to work within the United States.

What this role involves:

• Developing and executing comprehensive strategies for Amazon Sponsored Search campaigns across US and international marketplaces.
• Leading DSP execution across Amazon US and international marketplaces.
• Using AMC to define and activate high-value audiences across DSP and Sponsored Ads.
• Owning AMC data ingestion and interpretation.
• Building scalable campaign structures with Pacvue and similar tools.
• Partnering with Marketplace and Data teams to translate AMC and ad data into actionable MTA, MMM, and reporting dashboards.
• Optimizing ad creative and troubleshooting performance blockers.
• Informing campaign strategy using competitor/category tools.
• Tracking weekly performance and reporting on ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Amazon advertising (DSP, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
• 2+ years experience using AMC for audience insights, attribution modeling, and multi-touch path analysis.
• Experience using Pacvue or similar platform to automate campaign management.
• Skilled at managing and troubleshooting ad creative on Amazon.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
• Highly collaborative and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
