Job Description

Sagent is seeking an Implementation Project Manager Sr to drive complex efforts and manage resources for technology-driven transformation. The Implementation Project Manager Sr will document go-live plans for servicing SaaS solutions, develop end-to-end implementation plans, and work with internal teams and customers to execute project plans. Sagent is on a mission to make loans and homeownership simpler and safer for all consumers.Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation projects on time and within budget.
• Create macro and micro-level project plans.
• Drive the implementation process from kick-off to go-live.
• Analyze customer needs and coordinate with teams.
• Manage project schedules, performance, and risks.
• Develop and manage project expectations.
• Provide training and support to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4-6 years of experience in a related field.
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master is beneficial.
• Familiarity with the financial/mortgage services industry.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expertise with MS Project, ServiceNow Projects, or other project planning software.
• Customer-focused mindset.
