Job Description
Legion Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Bucharest, Romania, on a hybrid basis. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the implementation and evolution of Legion's high-performance data-driven Java enterprise application, which implements sophisticated scheduling and optimization algorithms. This role involves writing secure, efficient, enterprise-quality code and possessing a deep understanding of scalability and performance techniques.Responsibilities include:
  • Participating in architecture sessions.
  • Designing and building enhancements and extensions.
  • Creating plans for integration and unit testing.
  • Developing long-lasting relationships.
  • Managing expectations and adapting to customer needs.
Requirements include:
  • 5-7 years of experience with AngularJS & React technologies.
  • Experience with CSS3, HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL, and JSON.
  • Experience with AWS, containerization, and cloud deployments.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field.
