Job Description
RightShip is seeking a Business Development Manager for the APAC region. This role involves implementing new business initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and raising the company's profile as a provider of choice. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Head of APAC and the Product Team to ensure a competitive service and product offering.

Role Involves:
  • Identifying priority growth areas and developing business development plans.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Driving customer satisfaction by ensuring appropriate handovers of customers between departments.
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationship strategy and plan.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
  • Ability to forge new relationships and credibility quickly and effectively.
  • Experience in creating brand awareness and identifying and executing branding activities.
  • Experience working in SaaS or PaaS sales and/or software sales highly advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills & proficiency in spoken and written English.
