RightShip is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to drive demand, engagement, and pipeline growth through high-impact digital campaigns. The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across paid media, email, SEO, and content syndication.   • Lead the optimisation of RightShip's martech stack.
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee paid media across channels including Google, LinkedIn, and content syndication.
  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Manage the relationship with RightShip's digital agency partner.
  • Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance and budget utilisation.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing.
  • 8 – 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in using B2B marketing automation tools and software, preferably Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Proven track record of running high-performing digital campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
