Job Description

Capco is seeking an IT Operations Manager to join their team in Prague, Czech Republic. Capco specializes in management consulting and software development, partnering with leading international banks and insurance companies across Western Europe. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and managing IT applications, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the technological roadmap in alignment with client strategies.

Role Involves:

• Acting as a consulting contact person for specific IT applications.
• Detecting errors and analyzing log files.
• Coordinating error resolution.
• Ensuring smooth operations and supporting users with technical questions.
• Developing and implementing technological roadmaps.
• Overseeing changes and upgrades.
• Monitoring compliance-related requirements.

Requirements:

• A university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in the IT sector.
• Experience in a management consultancy in the banking or financial services sector.
• Deep technical understanding of IT applications and SDLC management.
• Knowledge of Java, CI/CD processes, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent German and English skills.
