Capco is seeking an IT Operations Manager to join their team in Brno, Czech Republic. Role involves:

  • Error detection and analysis of log files.
  • Coordination of error resolution.

  • Overseeing changes and upgrades.
  • Monitoring compliance-related requirements.

Requirements:

  • University degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in the IT sector.
  • Experience in a management consultancy in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Deep technical understanding of IT applications and SDLC management.
  • Knowledge of Java, CI/CD processes, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
